Shipping Information
You might be wondering how long it will take for us to ship your package. It all depends on the payment method you used and whether or not you are an established customer. Once you are an established customer, your orders will generally ship the same day or next business day.
Payment Information
Payment processing is very challenging for kratom vendors. With that being said, we only take payment methods that are approved by the processing company. As of right now, we are accepting COD, eChecks, and Money Orders. When we are able to find an approved credit card processor for kratom we will gladly set it up and start offering it.
What is Kratom?
Mitragyna Speciosa Korth, part of the Rubiaceae (coffee) family, is a tropical tree native to Southeast Asia, the Philippines and New Guinea, although it is now being cultivated in other areas. The most dominating location is Thailand (referred to as “Kratom“, “kakuam“, “ithang” or “thom“) and Malaysia (referred to as “coriander” or “Biak-Biak“) with cultivation has recently become dominant in Indonesia (known as the “Bali” or “Indo” Kratom).
